Fall Wish List: Over The Knee Boots

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I am officially over summer, and ready for Fall. I blame the magazines for flooding me with images of all the fabulousness Fall 2010 has to offer.  I have started online window shopping for Fall, and it is TORTURE!  As you all know, I’m moving in a month so I seriously can’t buy a thing! First of all, I still haven’t figured out how I’m gonna move my wardrobe as it is now.  I have THREE huge bags of stuff to get rid of and I haven’t even made a dent in my closet yet. LOL! I will say that I can’t believe I’ve held on to some of this stuff for so long. Some of it is clearly NEVER coming back…although, we all know that in fashion you should never say never… hello hammer….errrr ummm harem pants!

Anyway, I am so happy to see over-the-knee boots returning for another fall season!  Ranging from just barely over the knee to thigh-high, these boots are HOT, HOT, HOT! I already have a pair of thigh high platform black faux leather shaft boots that I purchased at Aldo last winter for $100.  This fall, I am on the hunt for 3 – 4 more pairs to complete my collection. I know that sounds insane, but let me explain.  They are all different in so many ways (I’m still trying to make this argument work with the fiancee…I don’t think I’m having much success…though he does appreciate the look of these boots because they are sexy by default.  I am thinking he will give me a pass for that reason alone. Lol!)…

…Fortunately, I also found a few options in this category that required no looks for less! These budget friendly options are definitely in my price range…

  1. Mix No. 9 “Mantra” at DSW for $59.95 (and in my cart)
  2. White Mountain “Tall Tale” at Macy‘s for $90
  3. Bronx “Cute Tee” on Endless.com for $228.95
  4. Restricted “Marine” on at Delia’s for $99

Now with all these options that are CLEARLY very different, doesn’t it make sense that I’d want 3 – 4 more pairs of over-the-knee-boots? mmmm hmmmm, I knew I could count on you guys for moral support! Lol!

Sorry for the weird formatting errors.  I don’t know why blogger is adding these funky line breaks.  This happens anytime I use HTML in my posts.
