As I type this, I’m watching Game of Thrones….and I can’t focus, so I’m gonna stop trying. LOL! I think we’re about halfway through the episode, and they haven’t given me any updates on Khaleesi’s dragons! *side eye* I don’t care about Rob Stark’s new girlfriend…they spent like 10 minutes on her story…bah! (sorry for those of you who don’t know what the heck I’m talking about. Lol!)
Anyway…Neutral Know-How, outfit #18. It was pretty warm today, but there was a light breeze, so I took advantage and wore the only celery green sweater I have in my wardrobe with my olive boyfriend shorts. It’s supposed to be heating up to 90 in the next few days, so it was now or never for this sweater. I love this monochromatic color palette. It’s so cool and pretty. I decided to keep the accessories to a minimum…one honkin’ pair of earrings, and that’s it.
I’m rocking the bun again… you guys know I used to live in a bun, but I’ve been consciously trying to avoid them because I fear they may have been causing some traction alopecia. But, as I’ve learned more and more about my hair and the pros/cons of various styling techniques, I’ve learned that the bun may not have been the problem in and of itself. The issue was the tightness of the ponytail, the hard bristle brush, and the gel…so I think if I modify my technique and my products, I can reintroduce the bun into my hair regimen…and just in time for the summer…because sweaty necks and humidity are not my friend!
Old Sweater (similar) | GAP Shorts ($40) | Target Belt (similar, $10) | Sole Society Sandals (no longer available) | American Apparel Bag ($46) | Spoiled Diva Earrings via Swapnista (available on Esty, $15, and she’s local!)
