Red, White & Blue (Happy 4th of July!)
Happy 4th of July, my friends!! I honestly hope you aren’t spending too much time reading blogs today…but I couldn’t resist the urge to write a holiday themed post. hehe!! I have the fondest memories of 4th of July. Some of you may know that I grew up spending my summers with my dad in Sacramento, and I am convinced that nobody does 4th of July quite like my Uncle Darryl. Sacramento is a river town, and he’d load me and my cousins up and haul us out to the river for a day of fun, hot dogs and fireworks (…and mosquito bites!). I am horrible at keeping in touch with my cousins, but I do miss them a ton, and I usually spend the holidays reminiscing on all the fun we had when we were kids.
…anyway, on that note…HAPPY 4TH OF JULY! Enjoy the holiday…
