Leather & Fringe (plus a sneak peek of JustFab “Donisha”)
It’s the day before Friday! Who’s ready for the weekend? *raises hand* I am actually heading to LA this weekend to help my aunt with a big party she’s having, so that should be fun! Hopefully, I’ll also get to see my cutie patootie niece while I’m there.
So anyway, earlier this week, I showed you guys my new JustFab “Magnate” handbag…well they also sent a fab pair fringe ankle boots. These aren’t even available on the JustFab website yet, so consider this a sneak peek! ”Donisha” will be available next week on October 16th. I was trying to save them for a special outfit on a special day, but I just couldn’t so yesterday I threw them on for a trip to the mall with my mom…and since I’ve been waiting for leather-friendly weather for the past six months, I went ahead and threw on my leather mini. Sometimes it’s fun to get all dressed up with nowhere to go, right?

So back to the shoes, these babies are BEYOND comfortable you guys. I went up a half size to an 8 to leave room for thick socks when it gets really cold, but they are true to size. The wedge is the perfect height…tall enough to give your legs a boost, but low enough to wear for long days on your feet. I sure wish I’d had these bad boys while I was in New York! I also love the leg opening. It hits at the right spot just above my ankle, and it’s wide enough that you can see the definition of my leg but my ankles are not swimming around…if you know what I mean. Lol! I may be the only person that thinks about little details like that, but it has always been an issue for me because I have skinny ankles and big calves. Ankle-huggers and boots with too wide openings look CRAZY on me. Lol! Anyway, the point is these boots are a winner in my book. You are working it in these pics and I love the boho but chic vibe you're giving with the hair straightened, the necklace and those boots with the fringe.
You are not the only one who worries about leg openings when it comes to boots. I just have skinny legs all around and always need to worry about the opening of the boot if it's ankle length to make sure I don't look like I'm swimming in them.

The hair is pretty but I'm just used to you in those beautiful curls.
hehe! Don't worry. The curls will be back in full effect. I was able to get a much needed trim…and take a much needed break. Lol Curl maintenance is a lot of work.
