2 Swimsuits, 2 Go Anywhere Swimwear Looks, and 10 Spring Break Essentials from Target!

Happy Friday, Lovelies!! So, I am finally all moved into my new place…haven’t unpacked a darn thing, but I’m here…and exhausted.  Anyway, we are still talking all about spring fashion with my friends at Glam and Target   I can’t believe it’s already time to think about spring break…actually, I’ll be honest, I haven’t had a spring break in many years, so it’s just not on my radar anymore…I’ve gotta do something about that! Thankfully, my birthday is in March, so spring break or not, I’ll be taking some time off to celebrate!

So, for those of you who are lucky enough to enjoy spring break, let’s talk swimwear.  I don’t know about you guys, but when I go on vacation, I just want things to be easy…no muss, no fuss! This is especially important on beach vacations because you don’t always have time to change and properly get “dressed” when you leave the beach or pool…or sometimes there’s that impromptu beach or pool party, and you don’t wanna be that girl that has to go aaaall the way back to your hotel to get your swimsuit!  I find that it’s always a good idea to have swimwear that doubles as an outfit for the day, if need be.  Fortunately, you can stock up on a few super cute, and super versatile swimsuits at Target under $50!

To demonstrate my point, I took TWO swimsuits and created TWO go-anywhere swimwear looks…and yes! They are head-to-toe #TargetStyle!

I’ve been wanting to get a one-piece bathing suit since last summer.  They’re making a comeback, ladies! And, I happen to think the right one-piece is super cute and sexy! I chose this particular one-piece because the one shoulder ruffled silhouette also makes for a super cute top!  Paired with a skirt (or any other bottom that can easily be stuffed into your must-have beach tote), this saucy red suit will take you from the beach to the bar!  Add in a pair of wedges and over-sized sunnies, and you’re good to go!

I absolutely love the hanky silhouette of this bikini.  It transitions to a cropped top a little easier than your regular ol’ bra or string bikini top.  In solid pastel lilac, this bikini top has the potential to get some serious mileage paired with almost all of your vacation friendly bottoms from cutoff shorts to palazzo pants (and you can even mix and match it with other bikini bottoms, too!).  A metallic handbag and sandals are also super versatile… seriously, metallic shoes and accessories will go with EVERYTHING in your suitcase, and they are right on trend!  Throw in a light denim jacket, and those oversized sunnies again (duh), and you’re done!
