Style Me Friday: Sweatpants and High Heels {It’s a Link Up!}
T-G-I-F y’all! I don’t think I would have made it another day this week. I am SO tired. I worked all week, and I’ve been packing and blogging at night, and we’re moving this weekend. I’m taking a couple days off next week, but I probably should have taken at least one day off this week, too. You live and you learn…but apparently, you don’t sleep Lol! I went to bed at 3am, and was up this morning at 7 taking pictures. Smh.
Anyway, it’s time for this week’s Style Me Friday linkup! Yay! So, when I posted the inspiration look I voiced some concern about picking a look that was SO TRENDY. I didn’t think that many of you would be into the sweatpants and high heels thing, but I got a ton of GREAT feedback, so I can’t wait to see all your looks! This worked out really well for me because at this point, all I want is to be comfortable, and what’s more comfortable than a pair of cozy sweats. I paired mine black and white striped turtleneck, and added a leather jacket to give the look some structure. I think the leather jacket really ties together the sweats and the heels and adds polish. Throw in a pop of color with a red bag, and I’m good to go!

Girl SAY IT!! I am all about being comfortable too especially with Baby M. But since I'll be back working soon, I do need to get back in the swing of business attire. You think I can wear this to work oneday!!!??? LOL LOL You look FAB as usual and I'm loving those sweats, SHOES and that bag!!!!

I love this look! Nowadays I'm all about combining comfort with style…this is a win-win situation. A form-fitting pair of sweats are a great alternative to jeans…sometimes I feel too conformed in jeans. I would've never thought to wear pumps with the sweats if I want to dress up the look…thanks for sharing!
