Happy Hump Day!!! OMG, first week back at work after a two week vacation is ROUGH with a capital R. I got a little too used to sleeping in. hehe! Anyway, there’s nothing like coming home from out of town to a stack of packages. You can bet the boxes get unpacked long before the suitcase. (Insert Fab rolling eyes and shaking head here.) Among my little stack of packages was one from Skip ‘N Whistle, a New Orleans based t-shirt company that makes super cute screen printed tees, tanks, and sweatshirts. A while back they reached out and asked if I’d like to pick a tee to share here on the blog…umm YES! I fell in love with this vintage bee print tank. So cute! And, it comes in 8 colors. Of course, green is my favorite color, so I went with that.
Vintage Bee Tank c/o Skip ‘N Whistle ($22.50) | Old A.N.A Sweater (similar) | DIY Cutoff Shorts | Random Belt??? | Zara Bag (check in store) | ShoeMint “Romy” | Wrist Soiree “Amelia” Necklace ($38) | Lips: Rimmel “As You Want Victoria” | Nails: Marc Jacobs “Nirvana” | Toes: China Glaze “Orange Knockout”
And yes, I’m wearing my favorite new cutoff shorts AGAIN. What can I say…I kinda love them. And, yes…I will be wearing them this fall and winter with tights! I can tell they’re gonna be a year ’round thing for me. Yep.
Alright, so back to my packages. If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen the two latest additions to my jewelry box this weekend. Before I went on vacation, I bought the Amelia Necklace I’m wearing in this post and the Estelle Necklace (currently sold out) from Wrist Soiree. If you’re not familiar, Wrist Soiree is an online jewelry boutique started by one of my blogger boos, Lakeitha. She super sweet, and she has a really great eye! I love all the pieces on her site…in fact, I am probably going to place another order this week. I’ve gotta have this Amelia Necklace in black and blue. It’s such a simple piece, but it makes a huge statement…and it has a matching bracelet! Actually, let me go place my order right now before y’all buy ‘em all up… Lol!
Thanks for stopping by! XOXO.
